Return Requirements

The site's keyboard, mouse, and speakers are without any signs of use, and secondary sales can apply for a return, after unpacking, if there are quality problems that can be returned.

Non-returnable situation

  • All products are not accepted for return due to defects caused by human or external factors.

  • If man-made damage affects secondary sales, the tape will be wrapped directly on the product packaging, the damaged packaging is not eligible for return service.
  • Disassembly, repair, or modification of the product without consent.

Return Steps

  • For all return and exchange requests, please contact customer service in advance before sending the item. All returns without prior communication will not be processed.
