How Is The Delivery Fee Charged?
Orders over $29.99 are eligible for free standard or express shipping, depending on the option selected during checkout. For orders under $29.99, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies for standard shipping and $9.99 for express shipping.
Our order cutoff time is Monday through Friday at 5:00 pm EST. Orders placed after Friday at 5:00 pm EST will be processed and shipped the following Monday (extended for holidays).
Standard shipping time is 3-10 working days, express shipping is 2-5 working days, and normal shipping time is 3-12 working days.
If you do not receive your shipment within 60 calendar days, you may email us at hi@coreitcom.com.
Contact us and we will arrange for you to resend the shipment.
Modify Or Cancel Order
- After successfully submitting your order, you can cancel and resubmit your order within 30 minutes. after 30 minutes, the order cannot be modified. Please check your order carefully before submitting it and contact hi@coreitcom.com if you have any additional questions.
- If you wish to change your address, you can do so within 30 minutes of placing your order by going to your order details through "My Account". If you need to change your address after 30 minutes, you will need to contact our service staff via email to make the change for you, and you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
Order Processing Time
- Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1-2 working days after payment clears customs. Our order cutoff time is Monday through Friday at 5:00 pm EST. Orders placed after 5:00 pm EST on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday (extended for holidays).
- If your order is not processed for more than 10 working days without special instructions, we will refund your money without shipping or arrange to ship and reimburse you with a $5 off coupon.
Parcel Lost
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for your loss, but we will do our best to help you contact the courier company to minimize your loss.
