Coreitcom provides warranty services to the continental United States in accordance with national regulations:

(1) The customer can enjoy the maintenance service of Coreitcom with the formal purchase invoice or the recognized valid certificate.

(2) For customers who purchase through legal certification and authorized channels, Coreitcom provides a two-year free warranty service.

(3) The warranty period is calculated based on the date of the purchase certificate. If the purchase certificate or a valid bill recognized by the state cannot be issued, it will be calculated based on the date the product left the factory.

According to the use regulations of the quality assurance card, if the product fails within the normal use range, Coreitcom promises to provide the original factory warranty service for the user.
In the following cases, it is not within the scope of free warranty service:

(1) Exceeded the warranty period provided by us.

(2) Damage caused by the use, maintenance, and storage, not in accordance with the requirements of the product manual.

(3) Product damage caused by unauthorized maintenance, modification, change of components, and modification of circuits by third-party personnel.

(4) In case of force majeure (such as flood, fire, earthquake, lightning strike, typhoon, etc.) or damage caused by improper operation and use of human beings.

(5) There are obvious signs of man-made damage, such as PCB board cracking, board bending, circuit breakage, CPU corner seat damage, oxidation, burning, etc.

(6) The product is used for special testing purposes, and abnormal damage is caused by improper plugging and unplugging of memory, graphics card, USB, and network port slots for a long time.

(7) The serial number of the product is lost, damaged, or altered, resulting in the serial number being unrecognizable, or inconsistent with the actual product.
